Get the high scores high schools want. Some high schools have become increasingly selective, requiring high scores on the high school entrance exam to gain admission. Two commonly administered high school entrance exams include the Secondary School Admissions Test (SSAT) and the Independent Secondary Entrance Exam (ISEE).
